This involves dealing with mortgage lenders, sorting out rent collection, utility bills, keys and inventories, and getting safety certificates for gas, and electrics. The list goes on, as your property manager, we can do all of that for you.

We recognize that the issues for our property investment clients are high tenure, the control of repair expenses and cash flow. We aim to provide a full solution to your property investment needs.

Our fees are fixed to help you with your budgeting. There is an all inclusive one-off charge covering for marketing your property through a variety of channels including all the leading property search websites, preparation of the lease documentation and of the inventory. There are no charges for continued tenancies.

We charge a competitive rate for full management during tenancy. This includes but is not limited to collecting rent and also managing all maintenance issues, completing the routine inspections, checkout report and also the returning of the deposit bond held.
