Tenant Search Only

Dunedin can advertise your property and show your property to prospective tenants as normal.  In addition we will create and inventory, produce the AT5, the lease, take meter readings and the deposit and advance rent on your behalf.  We hand all this over to you at that stage for on going management.  At the end of the tenancy we can complete the checkout procedures if required.

Rent collection only

Some landlords live locally and can look after the maintenance of their properties themselves.  For these people we can operate a rent collection only service.  It saves you, the landlord, the complications that can arise.

Inventory services only

We can produce an inventory for you.  We can also complete the checkout procedures if required.
