An inventory is issued at the start of the tenancy. It is your responsibility
to inform us of any discrepencies at that time.

We check the property after the end of each lease and also before the start of a new

This is because of poor ventilation. It is your responsibility to keep the bathroom
free of a build up of condensation. Open windows if necessary but always leave
on the extractor fan if fitted, Never switch off at the spur.

The windows were dirty on entry or I couldn't reach to clean the windows.

Please call a window cleaner. The windows were cleaned on entry and it is your
responsibility to have them cleaned on your exit.

Is it fair wear and tear?
|
The member of staff will determine wherether “fair, wear and tear” covers the problem
otherwise the problem must be resolved.

Can this be claimed on insurance?
|
If you have damaged an item by mistake this may well be covered by your insurance.
