What is an AT5 form?

You will receive an inventory. Each inventory has details of each room with subjective comments as to the condition of each item in the room on entry. You must check this inventory and return it signed to us within 7 days of moving in. It is this document that forms the basis of your exit check at the end of your lease.

You will be asked to sign a AT5 form. This form makes sure that you understand that you are signing a Short Assured Tenancy agreement and that you have to vacate at the end of the lease.
