Move In
We check all properties prior to the lease starting. At this check, not only do we
look to see if anything has leaked since the last tenant vacated or since we were
last in but also to see if everything is in order for you to move in. We read the
meters at this time too. When you move in, if you feel we have missed something please
let us know so that we can try to have it rectified. For instance it is impractical
for us to test all the cycles on a washing machine so we have to rely on you, the
tenant, to tell us if it doesn't work.
Remember it is your responsibility to notify DPM of any problems during your tenancy.
If problems come to light after you have vacated you may be charged if you had not
told us of them.
DPM have very considerable experience in looking after tenants and landlords. Landlords
understand that their properties are their for your benefit. If something goes wrong
please call DPM and we can try to resolve the matter in the most efficient way.
